What areas do you service?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code for entry. Rest assured, our team is fully insured, and we treat every home with the utmost respect and security.

Do you provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums, mops, disinfectants, and eco-friendly products. However, if you prefer we use your own supplies, just let us know!

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Absolutely! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for both children and pets. If you have any specific concerns, please let us know in advance.

Can I request specific cleaning products to be used in my home?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate special requests for cleaning products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or preferences, just let us know, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling 972-659-9916, emailing KJsCleaningDFW@gmail.com, or filling out our online booking form.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accommodate same-day and emergency cleanings when possible!

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans change! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How much does a cleaning service cost?

Pricing varies based on the size of your home, the level of cleaning required, and any add-on services. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs!

Do you offer discounts for recurring services?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans. Ask about our special pricing for loyal customers!

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes! If you refer a friend or family member, both you and the new customer will receive a discount on your next cleaning.

Do you clean carpets and upholstery?

Currently, we do not offer full carpet or upholstery cleaning, but we do vacuum carpets and spot-clean where possible.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to make it right at no extra cost.

Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?
